Returns & Refunds
What can be returned, what cannot, and how a claim is handled.
Unopened material
Unopened vials in original packaging can be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a refund less shipping. Contact support first for a return reference.
Opened or compromised material
Once a seal is broken the material cannot be resold and is not returnable, since the chain of custody can no longer be documented.
Order errors
If the wrong compound, size or quantity arrives, tell us within seven days and we will ship the correct item and cover return postage.
Documentation disputes
If lot documentation does not match the material received, stop using it, keep the vial and contact support. Verified discrepancies are refunded in full.
