4. Orders & Pricing
Prices are in US dollars. Your review screen shows selected materials, any qualifying promotional lines, shipping and applied credit. Payment is by ACH bank transfer through a secure hosted payment link. Orders ship after ACH payment clears and stock is confirmed. An order submission is not a guarantee of acceptance. We may reject or cancel orders for availability, eligibility, apparent errors, fraud or prohibited use. No bank account or routing details should be sent by email or our contact form.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States only under the Shipping Policy. Published processing and delivery periods are estimates rather than guarantees. Provide a complete deliverable address and monitor tracking. Report missing, damaged or incorrect materials promptly under the Returns & Refund Policy. Carrier exceptions, weather and address errors can affect delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
Our original site text, brand marks, images and document presentation are owned by Sten Protocols or used with authorization. You may view records for lawful research procurement and retain order-related documentation. You may not redistribute commercial site content, impersonate the brand or imply endorsement without permission. Third-party names and publications remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Returns & Refunds
The Returns & Refund Policy governs claims. Damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported within seven days of delivery with supporting photographs where relevant. Opened or reconstituted vials, change-of-mind requests and improperly stored items are not eligible. Approved resolutions may be a replacement or refund to the original payment method.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sten Protocols is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost research time or data. Our aggregate liability for a claim concerning an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected materials. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for commitments expressly stated in an accepted order or applicable policy, the website and materials are provided as available without implied warranties to the extent allowed by law. We do not warrant fitness for a particular experimental protocol, uninterrupted website operation or results in any model. You remain responsible for validating methods and handling conditions.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to address third-party claims and reasonable associated costs arising from your unlawful use, prohibited administration, unauthorized representations or material breach of these terms. This obligation does not extend to losses caused by our own conduct where applicable law prevents such allocation. Notify us promptly of relevant claims and do not make commitments on our behalf.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
The laws of the State of Texas govern these terms, without applying conflict-of-law principles that would select another jurisdiction. Disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, to the extent those courts have jurisdiction.
