Program terms
Sten Protocols Text Alerts is an optional recurring automated messaging program. Messages may include catalog availability, new lot notices, promotional offers and order updates. Frequency varies with your interaction and catalog activity; message and data rates may apply. Participation is available only to US residents aged 21 or older using a US mobile number.
Reply STOP to any program message to cancel. A final confirmation may follow; after cancellation, marketing messages stop unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@stenprotocols.com. Consent is not required to purchase. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery depends on your carrier and device.
You are responsible for providing a number you own or are authorized to use and telling us when you relinquish it. Never submit someone else's mobile number without their authorization. Messages do not provide medical guidance or authorize use of any material in people or animals.
